Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Student Needs: Assess student behavior and develop targeted interventions to promote positive change.
  • Document Progress: Accurately record and analyze data to inform instruction and support student growth.
  • Implement Behavioral Programs: Design and implement evidence-based behavioral programs to address student needs.
  • Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations and provide de-escalation techniques to ensure student safety.
  • Communication and Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and parents to develop and implement effective behavioral support plans.
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide behavioral programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
  • Certifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
