Job Summary:

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a skilled Behavioral Specialist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Regional Intervention Program (RIP), you will work closely with families and young children to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program operation by scheduling activities, empowering families, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Maintain case responsibility for assigned families, including facilitating enrollment, monitoring progress, and providing consultation services.
• Participate in meetings and trainings, including staff meetings, TDMHSAS trainings, and in-service trainings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Experience working with young children and their families is preferred.
