Job Title: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a School BCBA, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students. This role requires a deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development in a school environment.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other staff members to ensure the fidelity of ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with students, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy and supervising staff.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and team members.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
