Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and manage assigned departments, including Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.
- Manage systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
- Report results back to the team and other managers.
- Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures.
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Manage food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- Manage crew hiring, training, and scheduling to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Ensure that crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working at the restaurant.
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the restaurant.
