Administrative Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Associate to join our team at Tad PGS in Laurel, MD. As an Administrative Associate, you will provide exceptional support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and free of conflicts.
  • Review and prioritize emails, drafting, responding to, and following up on correspondence as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials, setting up meeting rooms and ensuring technology is functioning correctly.
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents and reports, managing document filing and retrieval.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years related Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proficient with Concur and handling travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Tech-savvy proficiency with technology tools and software.
  • Financial acumen and data analysis skills.
