Job Title: Windows Server Administrator

CyberCore Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Windows servers (2012, 2016, and 2019) and provide support for the provisioning of a Windows 11 VDI infrastructure for enclave access and program support.
  • Support IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices.
  • Escalate and communicate status to management and internal customers.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems, creating and updating ServiceNow tickets accordingly.
  • Manage GPOs, apply security and system patching, and coordinate/support all service leads utilizing Windows servers across the program.
  • Configure and manage Windows operating systems, install/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components, implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) to Ten (10) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
