Job Title: Payroll Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading hospitality company in Washington, DC to find a skilled Payroll Associate. This role is a crucial part of the accounting department and offers opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify timesheets from over 150 employees, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Enter payroll deductions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Upload timesheets to the system and generate payroll reports for corporate processing.
  • Collaborate with corporate and employees to resolve payroll errors and ensure timely payment.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and escalate any imbalances to management.
  • Maintain knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems.
Compensation:

$50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.
