Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify timesheets from over 150 employees, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Enter payroll deductions and make adjustments as needed.
- Upload timesheets to the system and generate payroll reports for corporate processing.
- Collaborate with corporate and employees to resolve payroll errors and ensure timely payment.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and escalate any imbalances to management.
- Maintain knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of payroll experience.
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems.
$50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.
