About the Role

Aramark is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Associate to join our team in the Evening Suites department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including mail distribution, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
