**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IL HR Coordinator Lead to join our team in Illinois. This role will provide comprehensive support to key leadership roles within our law firm, assisting with HR, IT, financials, recruiting, administrative duties, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute materials for firm meetings (Executive Committee, Attorney, Equity Partner).
  • Document staff changes, performance reports, and communications in HR systems.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.
  • Assist in payroll edits, OT reports, and back-up payroll processing.
  • Manage CLE submissions, attendance reporting, and certifications.
  • Help with performance review creation and coordination.
  • Track ARDC registration, sexual harassment training, and other compliance activities.
  • Administer DocuSign and E-Dockets post-implementation.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed for other departments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Illinois. As an IL HR Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring that all HR systems and processes are up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or administrative support, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
