Job Overview

At SMART Resources, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and set appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies for market expansion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the staffing industry is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is required
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills to interact with potential clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce or Hubspot is preferred but not required
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
