Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise, identify client needs, and customize approaches and services for a portfolio of middle market client accounts.
  • Demonstrate new business production abilities with a track record of acquiring new logos and cross-selling, focusing on commercial accounts and broader solutions.
  • Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach for service scope and associated costs.
  • Lead stewardship planning and delivery, driving the renewal process, and assembling teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.
  • Educate clients on trends, market issues, and relevant data, including benchmarking and analytics.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling risk management or health and benefit solution products.
  • Ability to build and leverage meaningful relationships with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
  • Strong client-facing skills, advising and influencing decision-makers, including C-Suite members, to make informed buying decisions.
  • Excellent client management skills, managing existing books while generating new business and clients.
  • Foster critical relationships between Aon colleagues, clients, and the external payor/insurer market.
  • Able to articulate and execute a strong value proposition, possessing senior executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
  • Proven technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have an active property & casualty license.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $200,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and location. The actual salary may vary based on internal equity and market data.

This role is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans, receiving discretionary bonuses and production incentives in addition to base salary.
