Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for toddlers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Implement Educational Programs: Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
  • Provide High-Quality Care: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other educators to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including daily reports and attendance sheets.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
