Role Summary:

The Business Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the integration of new clients and providing ongoing support to existing partnerships. This position entails overseeing the development, integration, and functionality of API technologies and client-facing interfaces. You will be responsible for managing multiple client engagements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, including conducting comprehensive research to support client initiatives.
  • Act as a seasoned operations research resource by providing solutions to problems, documenting insights, and proposing alternative strategies.
  • Represent client interests in support of integration projects within the airline and rail sectors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create system designs and interface specifications.
  • Define and prioritize product features, actively participating in sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Establish acceptance criteria and ensure clarity among team members regarding user stories.
  • Deliver weekly updates on project statuses, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that client expectations are met.
  • Uphold company values and ensure quality control through evaluation and support of integration processes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 5 years in the aviation, rail, or large-scale travel industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept in various forms of communication (verbal, non-verbal, and written) with strong active listening abilities.
  • Solid understanding of business and technical concepts, including experience with API technologies and client interfaces.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with potential requirements for evening and weekend work.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel (0% - 25%) may be necessary for client meetings and project handovers.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $90,000, based on experience.

Work Environment:

This position is conducted in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and telecommunication devices.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
