Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Advisor Associates, Financial Advisors, Senior Financial Advisors, the Chief Operating Officer, and Principals in addressing client needs.
  • Perform administrative duties, including preparation for client meetings and managing incoming calls.
  • Efficiently handle client inquiries and requests.
  • Process new and existing business transactions, including account management and maintenance.
  • Execute tasks assigned by Advisors promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service at all times.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Keep records and files orderly and confidential.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other Client Support Specialists.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and telephones.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Be available for overtime as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Prior office experience or training is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Financial Services/Securities industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
