Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver Assistant with a CDL A. This is a front-line role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver beverages to retail locations throughout the local community, working closely with Delivery Drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stock windows, cold boxes, coolers, shelves, and displays in retail accounts quickly and efficiently, following the Delivery Driver's instructions.
  • Effectively communicate issues and opportunities to the Delivery Driver, ensuring seamless delivery operations.
  • Learn and implement deposit and reconciliation procedures, as well as product code dates for all brands and packages.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • At least one year of driving experience.
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate.
  • Great work ethic, teamwork skills, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift at least 160lbs and repetitively lift 50lbs.
  • Potential candidates are required to successfully complete a medical evaluation, including a physical evaluation designed to test ability to perform basic physical job requirements.
