Customer Experience Coordinator

CityVet is seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer proficient, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities- Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and partner with the team on proper discharge information.
- Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage.
- Greet and welcome clients, notify them of any delays, and care for them during their wait.
Compensation: A competitive salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
