About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Coordinator to join our team at Goodson Acura. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle repair experiences. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on vehicle repairs.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
  • Offering concierge support for all owner inquiries, including phone, text, or in-person interactions
  • Assisting with walk-ins, calls, and text messaging
  • Listening to customer concerns and obtaining a write-up
  • Conveying information regarding repairs to service technicians and customers
  • Acquiring approval of repairs from customers
  • Keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress
  • Answering multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
