Job Description:
As a Vehicle Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, to gather information about their vehicle issues and concerns. You will also create detailed service orders and accurately document customer information, vehicle problems, and requested services.
Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with technicians and other service team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs and estimated completion times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the service process.
Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive service department.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
