Guest Experience Coordinator

The Guest Experience Coordinator is a critical role at HALL Arts Hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless front desk operations. This dynamic position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services.
Manage front desk staff, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and facilitate smooth operations.
Contribute to developing and implementing front office procedures to improve efficiency.
E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations within the front office area.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
