About the Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Daltile, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions to their inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills who can multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily tasks related to customer experience, including handling customer calls, order processing, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by the department.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
  • Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
