Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative functions, including office space, office services, field accounting, timekeeping, payroll, and human resources.
  • Educate employees on personnel policies and perform investigations as needed.
  • Manage personnel and provide opportunities for development and professional advancement.
  • Organize and prioritize complex projects and tasks, meeting critical deadlines.
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with 16 years of work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 20 years.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Job-related technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious manner.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Acquire a local business license and establish relationships with local community agencies.
  • Coordinate relocation policy and understand the prime contract to ensure reimbursement for allowable costs.
  • Support the effort to confirm project alignment and obtain government-mandated burdens and tax rates.
  • Coordinate banking requirements, install payroll and timekeeping systems, and maintain records.
