- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, with a strong background in office management and customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
This is a full-time position, working in a normal office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and busy seasons, as needed.
