Shipping Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Shipping Coordinator with strong data entry skills and warehouse administrative experience to manage shipping materials and customer service tasks.

• Requirements:

  • Administrative background in a warehouse/shipping office environment

  • Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy

  • Ability to stay focused for long periods

  • Good computer skills, including occasional work in Excel

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred

• Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Deere's mainframe/menu driven systems

• Responsibilities:

  • Act as customer service for the warehouse

  • Manage 11 printers with a sense of urgency

  • Quickly navigate multiple computer systems

  • Perform data entry of pick ticket stubs into DNS screens

  • Serve as backup to Printer room and BOL clerks tasks

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
