Front Desk Director

**Job Summary:**
Marriott International Inc. is hiring a talented Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations run smoothly.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, with a strong background in branded hotels. You must have proficiency in both hotel PMS systems and outlet POS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train Front Office team members on corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of guest services and ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hotel front desk experience.
- Knowledge of Marriot Brand standards (a plus).
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and outlet POS systems.
- A 'hands-on' style of management.
