Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive compensation package, which includes a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour. This rate is reflective of the location in Vero Beach, Florida, and takes into account the community's unique characteristics and requirements.

Job DescriptionThe Front Desk Ambassador will play a vital role in maintaining the community's front desk area. This includes greeting guests, overseeing the reception area, and ensuring effective telephone and mail communications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directing calls, taking messages as necessary, and keeping the lobby area clean and presentable daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front desk and greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Manage the reception area to maintain a professional image and ensure effective communication
  • Direct calls and take messages as appropriate
  • Keep the lobby area clean and presentable daily
  • Assist associates as needed at the front desk
  • Maintain security procedures by making rounds around the community as necessary
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Respond to emergency boards as needed

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need high school diploma/GED and at least 6 months of related experience. You should possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, you must maintain integrity and confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
