Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success.
- Lead sales initiatives and strategic business projects.
- Generate reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly performance reviews, annual budgets, and other operational documentation.
- Manage human resources matters effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including audits, training, and relevant industry standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business management with responsibility for profit and loss in a branch or similar profit center.
- Understanding of business financial principles and budget management.
- Strong background in sales and customer service, with a preference for outside sales experience.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the equipment rental sector is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
