About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and market expansion in the Central United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified sales leads and develop strategic relationships with key prospects and customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Analyze prospect data to identify potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work closely with commercial sales teams to ensure seamless transition from marketing to sales.
  • Participate in sales meetings with key prospects and customers to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and sales skills.
  • 2+ years of business or professional experience in sales or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
