Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare team, ensuring a positive and safe experience for all patients.
  • Accurately and efficiently document patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Assist healthcare providers with exams, procedures, and administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification or experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus.
  • Current AHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional flexibility to meet the needs of the clinic.
