Job Description:
  • This position will involve coordinating duties with other office staff members, maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive health information, and providing excellent customer service to clients and referring providers.
  • The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel software programs, and have experience with Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing emails, letters, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and ensure that all confidential information is kept secure.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with bookkeeping entries, and maintain financial records accurately.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative work experience.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative, customer-facing position; medical office experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated a high level of confidentiality, independent judgment, phone etiquette, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
