Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medication Care Manager to join our team at Brighton Gardens of Raleigh. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest degree of quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise mission and values
  • Promote a culture of quality care and safety within our community

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications such as Medication Management may be preferred
  • Minimum six months experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, or long-term care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
