Job Title: Administrative Support Professional

About the Role:
Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Raleigh. This individual will provide administrative support to our lawyers, focusing on tasks such as drafting, preparing, and editing written communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to assigned lawyers, including drafting, preparing, and editing written communications.
  • Maintain internal filing systems for electronic and paper documents, ensuring efficient access and organization.
  • Process attorney time entries, expense reports, and check requests, monitoring and tracking process for timely client billing.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, read, sort, and date incoming mail and deliveries, preparing and routing outgoing mail in a timely manner.
  • Open new clients/matters, processing and completing conflict of interest and audit checks, maintaining efficient and organized paper filing systems.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum 2-3 years of administrative support experience, with preference given to candidates with legal or professional services experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  3. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
