Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in crisis, utilizing clinical interview and collateral provider contact as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating client strengths, preferences, and behaviorally based goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Document service delivery activities and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in a clinical field (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) with licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in Massachusetts.
- Satisfactory CORI background check.
