- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental health goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client safety and well-being.
- State licensure or certification as an Independently Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience working across multiple languages and cultures, particularly with refugees or immigrant populations.
- Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and counseling services to diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
