About Nebula Ventures:
We are a company located in Mountlake Terrace, seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our administrative functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, planning and organizing business trips, processing expense and travel reimbursements, creating and reviewing invoices, and organizing company events.
You will also assist the management team with general administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
