Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team as an On-Call Full Time Salaried CNA. As a float CNA, you will work in various client homes throughout King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County, providing direct and indirect care to meet clients' needs.
Responsibilities- Provide care for clients according to their approved Plan of Care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
- Work on-call for emergency caregiving shifts to ensure timely support for clients.
- Lead by example, training and supporting colleagues to ensure successful shifts.
- Participate in cross-training in multiple departments, including Recruiting and Office Administration.
- Salary Pay
- Mileage reimbursement: 60 cents per mile for miles driven over 20 miles
