We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Morris Technology Solutions in San Antonio. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in business development and account management to drive growth and expansion in the local market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT MSP industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, email marketing, and warm introductions.
  • Account Management: Support existing customers with account management on an as-needed basis, ensuring service delivery meets their expectations.
  • Closing Deals: Build client quotes based on current and anticipated needs, dynamically understanding pricing and cost options across tools used for end clients.
  • IT Environment Evaluation: Perform periodic evaluations of current clients' IT environments, identifying potential improvements or changes required in collaboration with our technical team.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with technologies and services typically provided by IT MSPs (software licenses, network, VOIP, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively to improve sales and customer success functions within the IT MSP department.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and quoting systems efficiently.
  • San Antonio-based, with ability to travel to client sites across the city.
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive salary ($60,000 - $80,000 per year)
