The Marketing Advisor at Exsilio Solutions is tasked with enhancing the effectiveness of our Marketing division by orchestrating comprehensive marketing initiatives, strategically fostering demand for client offerings, and cultivating new business prospects with both new and existing clientele. This role involves overseeing the daily operational responsibilities of resources engaged in Exsilio projects.

As a Marketing Advisor, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a thriving consulting firm. We believe in immersing ourselves in our clients' operations to deliver optimal outcomes. Our Marketing team possesses a wealth of diverse expertise and a commitment to our clients' success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Drive demand for specific products or services; strategically identify the tactics that will maximize success.
  • Establish a robust partnership with Exsilio's Creative Team to ensure comprehensive service delivery for each account.
  • Aim to retain 80% of current clients through successful project renewals.
  • Oversee daily operational responsibilities for your project; achieve a 95% satisfaction rating from stakeholders on delivery.
  • Support departmental objectives aimed at business growth by creating new or expanding existing partnerships.
  • Develop and present reports analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Meet or surpass established KPIs for every project.
  • Assist with research initiatives and/or special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within an agency setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong tactical skillset.
  • Capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Consistently maintains a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in analysis and strategy optimization.
  • Critical thinker who evaluates problems before proposing solutions.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt focus or priorities with minimal notice.
  • Maintains composure in high-pressure situations.

The physical demands associated with this role include frequent walking, handling objects, and effective communication. Occasionally, the role may require standing, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required include close vision and depth perception.

The work environment typically presents a moderate noise level.
