  • Negotiate transactions, pricing products within targeted rate of return, and ensuring conformance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze relationship plan results and account activities, determining client profitability and making recommendations for further development or elimination.
  • Timely and effectively monitor the assigned portfolio for quality, risk, and adherence to policy, ensuring the early detection of credit quality changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and credit policies.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement business development plans.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a proven record of responding promptly to customer needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to thoroughly and effectively analyze complex financial issues and develop/coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • English and Japanese bilingual skills, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
