Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized engagement strategies to deepen relationships with corporate partners and drive philanthropic support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate accounts through strategic management, year-round engagement, and volunteerism.
  • Partner with team members to identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities that align with United Way of Metropolitan Chicago's vision and mission.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to design and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and community impact goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of corporate engagement activities, impact metrics, and fundraising results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent of employment and education experience.
  • Minimum three to five years of work experience in fundraising, account management, and sales or related fields.
  • Customer-focused, data-driven, innovative, results-oriented.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and judgment skills required.
  • Possess a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize concurrent projects and day-to-day tasks within a fast-paced environment.
