About the Position
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Title and Tax Coordinator to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle titles and related documents.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tax and title documents on a timely basis, submitting legal transfer documents to DMV, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
  • Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis


About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance


**Compensation and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
