Job Description:

We are seeking a Document Preparation Expert to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing and processing vehicle titles, registration documents, and other related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and process vehicle titles, registration documents, and other related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Verify check, cash, and contract funds, and prepare tax and title documents as needed.
  • Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis and maintain accurate records of submitted documents.
  • Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn dealership management systems.

Compensation Package:

The estimated compensation package for this role includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.
