Vehicle Title Processing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Title Processing Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, registration documents, and other related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
About the Role:
- Process and verify vehicle titles, registration documents, and other related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis and maintain accurate records of submitted documents.
- Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn dealership management systems.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
