Job Title: Clinical Speech and Language Therapist
Salary Range: $62,000 - $82,000 per year

About the Role: As a Clinical Speech and Language Therapist at Kinetic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans;
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals;
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements: A Master's or Doctorate in Communications Sciences Disorders is required, along with relevant experience and a strong understanding of the IEP process.
