Medical Director for Resident Care

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and participate in completing Resident Assessment Instruments (MDS, CAA’s, and Care Plans) according to current Federal and State Regulations.
* Monitor and document management of Medicare and Managed Care residents with facility team members.
* Create and implement innovative healthcare solutions that continually improve systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Active state license as an LPN.
* Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
* At least six months as a MDS Coordinator.
