About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Title Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle titles and related documents.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tax and title documents on a timely basis, submitting legal transfer documents to DMV, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. **Responsibilities:**
  • Verify check, cash and contract funds
  • Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
  • Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Maintain schedules


About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance


**Compensation and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
