Senior IT Support Specialist

A3T is seeking a highly skilled Senior Help Desk Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional IT support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our help desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, and providing expert guidance to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of help desk technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective help desk processes and procedures to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and support to staff as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help desk technicians to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our help desk operations.
- Top Secret Clearance required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 years of relevant IT experience.
- Security+ or higher-level security-related certification.
- Expert knowledge of desktop support services, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with Remedy ticketing system and ability to generate well-written reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
