Territory Manager

Avanos Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in New England. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the New England territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and operating room staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
