Job Title: Territory Manager - New England

Avanos Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in New England. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the New England territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and operating room staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
