Job Overview

Position Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator, under the guidance of the Campus Director, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the student enrollment process from the initial inquiry to final registration. This position entails assessing applications, conducting interviews, and providing support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Management of Enrollment Procedures
  • Assist prospective students in navigating the enrollment process, offering insights into available programs, eligibility criteria, and application steps.
  • Review applications and accompanying documents to assess candidates' suitability for admission.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants to evaluate their qualifications and compatibility with the institution's values.
Outreach and Communication
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families through various communication channels.
  • Facilitate informational sessions, campus tours, and open houses to connect with potential candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with applicants to keep them updated on their application progress and next steps.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid, and student services to ensure a cohesive enrollment experience.
  • Work alongside marketing and outreach teams to devise and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in recruitment events, college fairs, and community outreach initiatives to enhance institutional visibility.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and current records of applicant information and admissions decisions in the admissions database.
  • Generate reports on enrollment metrics and trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Adhere to institutional policies and regulatory standards related to admissions.
Support for Admitted Students
  • Guide admitted students through the enrollment process, including registration, orientation, and campus tours.
  • Provide information regarding financial aid options, scholarships, and additional resources.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns from students and their families throughout the admissions process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in admissions databases, customer relationship management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
Work Environment
  • This role typically requires working in an office setting.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for recruitment events and outreach activities.
  • Some evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
