Department Overview:

The Registrar and Student Records Office is responsible for managing and safeguarding students' academic records. This includes ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of these records, overseeing transcript generation, grade processing, degree certification, and the enrollment and registration processes for all students. The office also handles compliance reporting and maintains adherence to educational regulations.

Role Summary:

The Registrar and Student Records Office is looking for an Enrollment Services Associate to support our mission.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in utilizing new technologies and analyzing issues to provide solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in academic policies and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and interpret information to assist students and alumni.
  • Create photo rosters for academic programs.
  • Update the Registrar and Student Records website.
  • Act as a liaison for diploma processing with external vendors.
  • Support the Office of Student Affairs in various institutional events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain records management processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Exercise sound judgment in departmental decision-making.
  • Foster effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
  • Manage inquiries via phone and in-person.
  • Oversee the maintenance of student and alumni records.
  • Assist with information requests from students, faculty, and staff.
  • Explain policies and procedures to guide constituents.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with regulations.
  • Process registrations and academic forms.
  • Conduct degree audits and graduation processing.
