Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Market Access Strategy to join our team at GSK LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovative and forward-thinking Market Access strategies across our entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end Market Access strategies that align with our company's long-term goals and push the boundaries of innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Market Access Accounts, brand, VEO, and more to develop and implement strategies that drive optimal outcomes for patients.
  • Engage with customers, such as payers, IDNs, etc., to identify partnership/initiative opportunities and facilitate effective execution of active initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and organization across internal stakeholders such as Brand teams, VEO, and legal/compliance to ensure success of initiatives.
  • Define and measure clear KPIs for each initiative to ground internal stakeholders and customers in performance and expectations.
  • Identify and anticipate Market Access trends and dynamics that may impact our portfolio and leverage these insights to inform innovative strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Market Access professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years developing and implementing innovative brand or access life science strategies at a portfolio level.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience leading projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • 5+ years relevant pharmaceutical or otherwise relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of effective customer engagement preferably in business services or account management.
  • Ability to combine data analysis with qualitative insights to identify and explain Market Access, brand, and above-brand drivers of performance.
  • Strong understanding of US Market Access including payers, healthcare systems, and landscape.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience hiring and managing third-party vendors.
